Mr. Navneet Chandra has 18 years of experience in HR and Talent management. He has worked for companies in India, Middle East, and US and has exposure in Australian and UK markets also. His experience has flavors of both  consulting and corporate environment. He has helped setup Multi million dollar operations, consulted for various organizations on operational changes, HR reorganizations, Talent Acquisitions and has trained more than 1000  people in various programs.
 
Currently he is involved in designing a New Generation Startegic HR tool using KYKO instrumentation - The first of it's kind in the world.
